Sam, the owner is a self-motivated HR professional that possess a collaborative coaching style. With more than 20 years of HR experience to date, her career has been devoted to HR.

After graduating from University of Portsmouth with a BA in Hospitality Management she worked in the hospitality industry, within hospitality where she found her passion for HR.
She joined a national hospitality/events brand in West Sussex that is known worldwide for Motorsport, Horse Racing and Golf. This experience gave her the insight to work across all areas of HR, from Recruitment & Retention, Employee Relations & Training, to maximise the efficiencies that HR has to offer.

A regional HR Advisory role in the Housing and Care sector then expanded her employment relations case knowledge, union involvement, restructuring, redundancies, TUPEs and the importance of partnering the business to reduce costs and eliminating potential HR claims and tribunal risks.

Sam founded Foreshore HR in 2019 to focus on supporting businesses within Hospitality, Healthcare, Publishing, Manufacturing, IT and Early Years Settings. She enjoys supporting owners with their day-to-day employment relation issues, performance and absence management, disciplinary, and managing change. She truly believes in HR for business success, that doesn’t have to be over complicated, giving business owners the freedom to fulfil their business dreams.
