It was a hard loss for the Sirens as they hosted local rivals Portsmouth at the Lane. Despite the difficult game, the Sirens showed grit and determination, never letting their heads drop and powering through to the end. Jenna Duffy and Steph Wyant managed to dart through the Portsmouth defence to score their tries, which were swiftly converted by Libby Mell with the final score being 45-14 to Portsmouth. It has been brilliant to see the improvement in the level of rugby the Sirens have been showing throughout the season and the increase in their cohesion and squad depth! The team, looking toward their next challenge.
