Welcome to Havant RFC, the most prominent Rugby Football Union Club in the South. Weekly Training is conducted for the Senior Squad as below:
- Practical pitch sessions are conducted on Tues and Thurs 1930 until 2100, on the Floodlit training facilities. Bring your own training kit, Standard Training Equipment (bibs, balls, pads etc)will be provided.
- Strength and Conditioning is conducted in the Havant RFC Gym. The Regular Team Session is conducted - Mon 1830-1930. Further S&C advice can be provided privately by Mr Sean Cole.
- Matches are routinely Saturdays (League and Cup Fixtures)
