Tuesday and Thursday evening are full adult squad training sessions.
Club gym available to all players with squad support from strength and conditioning coaches.

Dolphins players are often Academy players in their first seasons of adult rugby and we regularly have players selected for the County U20 representative team and progressing to London & South East Divisional representative rugby.
