So the season is underway, it doesn't seem that the last one ended 2 months ago. This Saturday we kick off at 14:00 against Gosport & Fareham for a preseason friendly. The top 30 players of the men's senior section got their first run out last week against Bracknell. This week the next 30 get theirs as we field a Dolphins & AXV squad. This is those lads chance to put their hand up and say 'I should have been playing last week'. For new arrivals it is a chance to show why they in contention for the Dolphins to work towards 1st XV selection.
Looking forward to getting back on the pitch. Should be some good rugby for the spectator, so get along to the Lane.
